Zoetic Wines 2015 "Block 21" Pinot Noir
Made from 100% Pommard clone from Block 21 of the Hop Kiln Vineyard, this Pinot was created from a single barrel of top notch fruit. After aging in 100% new French oak for 11 months, Kim chose to bottle her Pinot Noir with no fining or filtering, allowing the wine to fully express itself.
A deep garnet in color, this full-bodied wine shows off welcoming, rich and integrated aromatics of dark cherry vanilla, cranberry strawberry jam, cinnamon, brown sugar spice and a subtle, pleasant earthiness reminscent of a Fall stroll. Velvety and supple on the palate with balanced structure; the acidity and soft, gripping tannins are complimented by cinnamon spice, dark fruit and woody vanilla notes. A long, flavorful finish makes every sip even better!
