Trinitas Cellars 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
In Napa Valley, if a wine is labeled “Cabernet Sauvignon” it must contain at least 75% of the variety. Wine authorities recognize using 100% of a single variety does not always make the best wines. Trinitas Cellars 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is an example of how artistically blending other varietals creates distinctive flavors that are deep and concentrated with balance and structure.
Experience in this wine bright aromas of roses, tobacco and spice that lead to a full palate of blackberries, cherries and cocoa. The mid-palate is full and leads to a bright long finish of cherries, caramel, spice, cassis and coffee. The mouth is supple, and rich. Flavors of chocolate, espresso, and plum add to a lengthy finish. Enjoy this magnificent wine from the epic 2007 vintage which was awarded 96 points by Robert Parker!

About the Winery:
Trinitas Cellars’ Napa Valley vineyards are in the heart of the valley. Oakville, from where much of this fruit is sourced, is ground zero for Napa Cabernet, and with good reason. Year over year it produces some of the most tremendous wines in the
region. It’s hard to say one particular area of Napa truly produces the best Cabernet, but it’s also hard to find a place that has more claim to this title than the Oakville AVA.
