Inspiration Vineyards 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
It is pleasure and an honor to prepare notes for the next vintage feature of Inspiration Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon. A Cellar Angels' fan favorite, this is another vintage that will not disappoint. In the glass, a lovely red wine with incredible depth of color. The aromatics are captivating with notes of red fruit, sweet tobacco and a dose of Fall leaves. The palate is intense, similar to previous vintages, with flavors of blackberry jam and tart cherry up front and cigar box, dried herbs and forest floor later. The well integrated tannins bring it all together for a delightfully long finish.
