Barlow Vineyards 2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, CA
The 2007 unfiltered Barlow Estate Cabernet Sauvignon may be the finest wine of the vintage. It has a solid tannin structure that will allow it to mature nicely over time. The aromas represent the essence of the Barlow vineyard with sour black cherry, rum raisin and just a hint of French vanilla. It shows pure black currant fruit interwoven with tobacco leaf, ink, smoke, and forest floor. A medium to full-bodied wine, pure, rich and convincing.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Best if cellared for a couple years to age, then enjoy it over the following 12+ years.
