Noble Wines
of Napa Valley

Location of vines is equally as important to the Noble vision. All fruit for their cabernet sauvignon is grown in some of the most sought after vineyards in Napa Valley.
About Noble Wines: Founders George and Patricia Noble, and Winemaker David Lattin, are dedicated to producing the best Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah from ultra-premium vineyards. The Noble estate is situated in the hills above St. Helena, at 1,500 foot elevation, where they planted Cabernet vines on the rolling terrain. Their first vintage was the 2004 Cabernet, released in 2010. The team elects to cellar their wines until they feel they are ready to enjoy, an uncommon practice in the Napa Valley region. They also source premium fruit from various Napa Valley appellations—St. Helena, Rutherford Bench, Atlas Peak, and other Napa Valley hillside vineyards, including the Pritchard Hill area—which offers them the chance to hand-select lots they know will deliver high quality and perfect ripeness for each vintage.
