Christopher Creek Winery
One of the youngest groups to own a winery in the Valley, you’ll find Christopher Creek in Healdsburg, just overlooking Fitch Mountain within the Russian River Valley.
The Christopher Creek story begins in 2011, when Co-Owner, Dominic Foppoli purchased a breathtaking property that was nearly sold to a large wine conglomerate. In partnership with brother Joe Foppoli and childhood friend Liam McCormick, the team is now known for their award winning, estate bottled wines. While this is a newer project for them, wine has been in the family’s blood for many generations. They have a history in the Italian wine industry dating back to the 1400’s and have been making boutique wines in California for almost 100 years.

Artisan Winemaker Mike Brunson hand harvests and hand crafts every wine. With his support, Christopher Creek has now expanded their portfolio to include Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Viognier, Rosé, Syrah, and Port. There’s truly something for every wine palate.
In addition to breath taking views, the property offers a tasting room, the members-only pool and patio, an estate house rental and private barrel room tastings. A visit to Christopher Creek is like spending time with family. “It’s unlike any other job. You can come and hang out, meet new people and share great wine with them.” -Liam McCormick
We highly recommend a visit next time you are in Sonoma!
