Tasting Notes:

With the perfect blend of two Pinot Noir clones, each bringing unique characteristics to the wine, the layers and complexity are remarkable. This is a must-have and over delivers for its price.

Dark ruby red in color. Flavors of cherries, raspberries, mocha and a touch of spice on the nose. The wine is medium bodied yet intense, as ripe tannins provide structure for a long, complex finish.

General Food Pairing Suggestions:
This complex wine is incredibly food-friendly. Pairs well with pork, lamb, chicken, turkey and because of its intensity, even a steak! Meatier fish, lighter pasta dishes and vegetarian items are good matches. Cheeses such as aged Gouda, Gruyere, Cheddar and Parmesan are also excellent food partners. Chocolate or nut based desserts make a great way to cap off a great meal.
About the Winery
Zoetic Wines Kim has long been a wine lover and enthusiast. She has taken countless trips to wine country over the years, but it was one visit in particular that changed the course of her life. The financial sector was a great career for Kim. She did well and enjoyed her life in Houston, but once bitten by the winemaking bug, she and her husband packed their belongings and headed for Northern California. Following her passion, she settled on Russian River Valley as an artistic canvas and focused on learning the idiosyncrasies of her favorite finicky grape, Pinot Noir. Learn more
