"The Zoetic Wines 2014 'Grazioso' Sauvignon Blanc, whose name means graceful and elegant in Italian, is an homage to winemaker Kim Vance's Italian heritage, and also aptly describes this fumé blanc style wine. It is handcrafted from its single vineyard source, Ritchie Vineyard in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, to bottle. A balance of stainless steel and French oak aging gives this wine fruit forwardness, structure, and depth. It is beautifully floral on the nose, thanks to a touch of Viognier. Lush, tropical fruit flavors leap from the glass. The minimal use of oak imparts both a textured mouthfeel and a hint of vanilla and butterscotch. Lovely acidity gives this wine a long, mouthwatering finish."
