Bottle 1 - "Grazioso" – only 45 cases produced. Grazioso means "graceful" which defines this wine perfectly. The winemaker aged this wine for approximately 6 months in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels and blended in just a touch of Viognier.
Bottle 2 - “Hop Kiln” – only 68 cases produced. The winemaker blended both 777 and Pommard clones for this single-vineyard designate wine which was aged for 11 months with one-third aged in 1-year used French oak and two-thirds aged in neutral French oak. A lot going on in this wine!

A wine tends to taste that much better when you know it was made with passion, sacrifice and love. Winemaker Kim Vance uprooted her life and moved to California to pursue her dreams. She appropriately named her new venture Zoetic Wines - zo·et·ic (zō'etik) adj: of or relating to life: living, vital.
On sight, the wine shows a beautiful light ruby red. The aromas of cherry, cranberry, cola and spice are profound and leap from the glass. The palate is rich and silky with fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry continuing through. Also woven in are violets, hazelnut, sassafras and a pleasing minerality. The finish is lovely with soft, smooth tannins.
