Tasting Notes:

Introducing an extra special treat for our Angels as the much respected winemaker, Nile Zacherle, has never before discounted his wines. The gesture comes from the roots and philosophy of Zacherle Wines – give back to the community when possible.

This wine is as visually beautiful as it is on the palate. An intriguing deep ruby color entrances the drinker while aromas of plum, baked cherries, anise, fresh herbs and musty wet soil delight the nose. Fresh red fruit, vanilla and a hint of chocolate round out the flavor profile on the palate. A gorgeous wine at an amazing discounted price!

Food Pairing Suggestions:
This elegant wine pairs well with any form of poultry, but goes especially well with duck or turkey. The lighter body of this Pinot Noir allows it to pair well with seafood such as salmon, tuna or shellfish. Pasta dishes, vegetarian items and creamy cheeses are also perfect matches.
