Webster Cellars 2013 Sauvignon Blanc
Webster Cellars
Region: Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma, CA
Another great summer sipper!
"OK, I admit, I make Napa wines. I know, some folks think us Napa folks are snobs, others think we are an auto parts store. If the grapes are great, the worst you can do is make good wine. Or, if you are a killer winemaker like me, well, I make awesome wine!! Just put your nose to the rim of your glass and you will be convinced, Sonoma has some of the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes around this part of the world. And, I was able to get some and make this ebullient wine. Yes, I did use that word. It’s all the things you think of when you hear the word. Fun, spirited, bright, and zesty are just a few of the words that describe this wine. It smells of apples, ripe stone fruit, white peach, nectarine and fresh cut grasses. As it warms in the glass, you will smell it all and enjoy the freshness of the wine, all Summer long and at any time you want to have a glass of spirited freshness with your meal or with your friends."
Your cool, refreshing, warm-weather wine awaits.
