Tasting Notes:

This layered wine is reminiscent of the renowned reds of the Right Bank of Bordeaux. The proprietary blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc shows off a deep garnet color with subtle hints of blood orange. Fresh fruit aromas of red cherry and blackberry lead the way, followed by baked cinnamon roll, vanilla, and subtle hints of brown sugar, dark chocolate and green pepper. Prominent acidity compliments the fine-grained tannins that softly coat the palate and linger through the long, delicious finish. With the ability to easily age over then next 10-15 years, this really is a perfect bottle for the collector in your life. Enjoy!

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Merlot dominant blends are fairly versatile and typically showcase a smooth texture and softer tannins, making the wine adaptable to wide range of dishes. This red blend is inspired by the Right Bank of Bordeaux and will pair deliciously with grilled meats, roasted turkey or lamb, firm cheeses and dishes prepared with mushrooms, veal stock, mustard or tomato sauces and red wine reductions.
About the Winery
Webster Cellars Keith is a fascinating individual with a history as complex as his great wines. Since his father was a spy, he spent many of his childhood years in Europe. His family integrated with the European culture, allowing Keith to have small amounts of wine with dinner. Years later Keith had a passion and intrigue for Bordeaux wines and set out to learn more. At the same time, he was working on his other passion, art. Learn more
