Tasting Notes:
A sexy, brilliant pale gold in color, this unique, dry sparkling wine is made in the Méthode Champenoise from the only Prosecco grapes grown in this area of the Russian River Valley. Its tiny, persistent bubbles start dancing immediately as wine hits the glass, as aromas of tart apple, pear and caramel entice on the nose. Refreshing on the palate, with a lingering acidity on the finish. This wine received a “Best of Class” award in 2010.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Sparkling wine has a reputation for not only being the perfect "go-to" for celebrations, it is also quite the darling with food! This Brut Cuvée of Prosecco is a slightly lighter, refreshing style - perfect as an aperitif for cocktail hour or as a compliment to a range of foods including Prosciutto and cured meats, mozzarella and tomato salad, sushi, ceviche, Marcona almonds, olives, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Dim Sum.
About the Winery
Viszlay Vineyards Just a few years ago the Viszlay family fulfilled their dream of owning a winery. John Viszlay uprooted his life and relocated to Russian River Valley where Viszlay Vineyards was born. A stunningly beautiful and thriving 10 acre vineyard, it is as diverse as it is picturesque, with 12 varietals grown on their property including Prosecco. Learn more
