Tasting Notes:

Revolver Wine Company is a label within Page Wine Cellars' portfolio. Although Page Wine Cellars offers a diverse selection of sought after wines, this Cabernet Franc is extremely popular and often sells out.

The Revolver shows off a brilliant garnet color with a ruby rim. Delightfully aromatic, led by dark berry fruit, dried dark flower and herbs and sweet tobacco with subtle notes of cocoa and vanilla. Bold and rich on the palate, with a flavor profile that carries through the aromas. Velvety, lingering medium tannins lead to the Revolver's long, well-balanced finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
This robust, fruit forward Cabernet Franc calls for a meal equal in weight. Beef, lamb or pork roasts barbequed, braised or roasted are perfect pairings. Smoked ham pairs nicely as well. For fish, consider grilled salmon. Mushrooms and green olives with the meal complement the wine nicely. Don't hold back on herbs like thyme and rosemary as they accentuate the food and wine pairing.
About the Winery
Page Wine Cellars Founded in 1997, Page Wine Cellars is a realized dream for brothers Bryan and Chris Page. Bryan was bitten by the wine bug on a trip to France and returned with a deep desire to make wine. In pursuit of his goal, Bryan worked in restaurants to save money, while enthusiastically apprenticing with a winemaker to absorb everything he could to learn the craft. Learn more
