Tasting Notes:
A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Corley’s three Napa Valley vineyards, all of which reside in a different sub-appellation and contribute their own characteristics to the blend. This wine exhibits rich aromas of chocolate, coffee, mocha, dark berries, caramel and toasty vanilla oak. The flavors follow through with rich and toasty dark berry fruit, dusty, mocha tones and dark bittersweet chocolate. The tannins are firm and chewy in its youth, but this wine has enough deep dark fruit to show great aging potential. Decant for an hour or so prior to enjoying to get the most out of it.

About the grapes:
  • State Lane Vineyard (43%) – Yountville, Napa Valley. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows a great core of deep, dark black fruits with big, rich, chewy tannins – Blockbuster Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Yewell Vineyard on Ehlers Lane (19%) – St Helena, Napa Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this vineyard is of great depth, character, and intensity and gives to the wine deep black-fruit character and rich texture.
  • Tietjen Vineyard on Niebaum Lane (38%) – Rutherford, Napa Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this vineyard is classic Rutherford, elegance in a glass.
