Tasting Notes:

This lovely Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and refreshing. It should grace your wine glass this summer and promises to bring a little extra joy to every warm weather activity.

Pale straw in color, this wine displays a star bright quality, reflecting the essence of the sun as you sip it on the boat, beach or backyard. Enjoy hints of vanilla, wet stone and lemon zest on the nose. The palate is quite dynamic, with flavors of green apple, key lime, fresh nectarine, some minerality, good acidity and a hint of raw almond. The mouth feel is medium in body, likely due to the oak fermentation, yet crisp and refreshing -- a wine you'll want to open all summer long!
