Tasting Notes:
This wine reflects the winemaker’s philosophy of letting the terroir speak to the drinker through the glass. Fermented using naturally occurring yeast and with very minimal intervention by the winemaker, this wine is an elegant, pure expression of the grapes themselves and the land on which they were grown. A pale straw in color, this wine displays aromas of apple, Asian pear, lemon, pineapple, white flowers and a touch of minerality. Slightly more round on the palate, this is a balanced and complex wine that has a velvety, moderate finish of vanilla cream and minerals.
