Tasting Notes:
A shimmering pale yellow, this fresh Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect option for lighter fare and summer sipping. Fruit-driven, with layers of pineapple, mandarin orange, melon and white peach and a tease of wet stone minerality and vanilla. Medium-bodied, with a rich texture on the palate and integrated acidity working in balance with its citrus flavors – grapefruit rind, orange and hints of lemon peel. The long, persistent finish lingers on and on.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Medium in body and quite refreshing, Hersly Wines Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect summer wine. Experiment with light dishes like linguini, clams and shrimp scampi. Or try with gazpacho soup, grilled veggie salads, antipasto and tuna tartar. It's a perfect solo sipper too!
About the Winery
Hersly Wines
Adam and Stacy Hersly were enjoying a successful urban life in New York City, working in and enjoying one of the busiest cities in the world with endless opportunities and social excitement. But something was missing. They had always imagined living and making wine in the heart of California's wine country. Turning talk into action, they packed up everything and moved across the country in search of fulfillment.
