The splendor of summer can often be experienced in a bottle of wine. In Bordeaux, white blends are predominately Sauvignon Blanc, but are often blended with a touch of Semillon for depth, character and complexity. Here is an exquisite Napa version of Bordeaux's summer classic.
With 3% Semillon and a kiss of oak aging, this perfectly balanced Sauvignon Blanc is a super summer sipper. It is a gorgeous bright pale yellow color with aromas of citrus, melon, minerality and hints of vanilla. The palate is lively with thirst-quenching acidity showcasing lemon, green apple, orange blossom and notes of honey. The finish is soft, balanced and oh so refreshing.

The two wines were then combined and aged in 50% new French oak barrels for 15 months.
In constant contact with the lees, they were stirred every 2-3 days for 10 months, adding depth and flavor.
