Tasting Notes:

Why do beautiful stories tend to produce beautiful wines? A determined young man came to the states looking for a better life and what he found was a deep passion and love for wine that transcends generations.

This single vineyard Chardonnay is a "Charmer", a beautiful Burgundy-style wine from Napa. In the glass this wine appears a pretty lemon yellow and the nose elicits memories of fall apple picking as a child. In the mouth, the wine explodes with a wide assortment of fruit flavors: apples, pears and tropical fruit. It's quickly followed up by a bright acidity. The finish is long with lemon zest, mineral and a hint of vanilla creme. This wine is layered and complex with much to experience, so have another glass.

Great wines begin in the vineyard. Three generations of family farming, brought to you in a bottle.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Incredibly diverse and food friendly, this wine will pair with a wide variety of foods because of its balanced acidity and multiple flavor nuances. Chicken, fish, shellfish and pork are meats that make good pairings. This wine will work perfectly for your Thanksgiving meal. Try also non-beef appetizers, most cheeses, risotto, Alfredo sauce and other cream-based dishes. Also pair with non-beef stews and soups. Have fun with this wine.
