Tasting Notes:

This is your everything white wine. It's perfect with a wide range of foods, but also ideal for sipping with friends or enjoying by yourself.

A truly unique single vineyard Rhone-style blend, the winemaker ferments the grapes in wild yeast as opposed to laboratory yeast. Wild yeast is less predictable but the end product, in this case, is well worth the risk. Its brightness and beautiful golden hue make way for aromas and flavors so well integrated and balanced, all you taste is splendor. On the nose and palate enjoy peach, fresh cut apple, apricot, wet stone and a hint of papaya and spice. The well-balanced acidity accentuates the texture. The finish is soft and lingers with notes of banana. The wine is complex yet simple to drink.

"The Cuvée Luke is an attractive Roussanne/ Marsanne/ Viognier blend. A fresh, expressive bouquet leads to white peaches, flowers and mint in this attractive, mid-weight wine. ."  ~ Robert Parker

About the Vineyard:
A lovely lady named Saralee, a pillar in the Russian River Valley community, once walked these vineyards and cared for them as if her children. Located in the heart of Sonoma's Russian River Valley, the soils and climate of Saralee's Vineyard are ideal for many varietals including this wine's blend. Often is the question asked of those working this land, "What would Saralee do?"
