Tasting Notes:

For those who are moved by dry sparkling rosé done Methode Champenoise (Champagne style), this is definitely your wine. And at the price point, this should be everyone’s bubbly selection. Sparkling wine is seen by our team as a wine to be enjoyed on days that end in “y”, not just celebrations.

From the moment this sparkling is poured in the glass it is attractive with a lovely peachy salmon color and lots of those ubiquitous tiny bubbles. The nose is inviting with aromas of tree fruit, nectarines, and honey. The palate is profuse and multilayered with a delightful mouthfeel. Flavors include bright strawberry, fresh cut apple, lychee and backed up by notes of slate and hints of baking yeast.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Sparkling wine, often paired with life's celebrations, is also one the most versatile food pairing wine styles. Enjoy as an aperitif to refresh the palate while enjoying small bites, including smoked salmon, brie with fig spread, tuna poke and veggie spring rolls. Try with quiche at brunch and a wide range of dinner options like sushi, fried chicken, shrimp risotto, seared scallops and savory roasted chicken.
