Tasting Notes:
Such a pretty summertime Chardonnay! A light gold in color with glints of light green. Perfumed aromatics of sweet orange citrus, green apple cinnamon taffy and subtle vanilla nuances are delicately wrapped with a chalky minerality. Medium in body, this wine is quite refreshing on the palate with a zippy, prominent acidity. Flavors of caramel apple, vanilla and pineapple lead to a beautiful, lingering finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
This luscious yet crisp Chardonnay makes for a fun wine to pair with food. Experiment with chicken, turkey or sausage in a mild sauce. Will also pair well with creamy soups, meaty fish like salmon and sea bass, crab, lobster, scallops, cheese soufflé dishes, cream based pasta dishes and Caesar salad. Cheese pairings ideas include triple cream cheese, aged White Cheddar and Gouda.
