Ooh la la! With a case (12 bottle) purchase, Attune owners will treat you and 3 guests to a wine tasting and private tour of the picturesque Attune Property, Villa Carneros! This private estate is among the elite featured on Beautiful Places, Luxury Villa Travel.
Tasting Notes:

A brilliant, light yellow gold in color, this Chardonnay shows off an array of fruit aromas including spicy golden apple, zesty citrus, white peach, poached pear and ripe pineapple - all wrapped in vanilla cream and subtle butter notes. It is medium in body and slightly creamy on the palate, with a zesty backbone of acidity and a long, lingering finish. I enjoyed this with some Cordobes, a cheese made from Spanish sheep’s milk. Perfect together!

Food Pairing Suggestions:
The lively acidity and layered aromatics make this Chardonnay a great pairing with a multitude of foods. If meat is what you crave, try roasted chicken or pork tenderloin. Dover sole in brown butter sauce, crab legs and pan seared Alaskan Halibut are delicious options. With this moderately oaked Chardonnay, explore pairing cheeses like triple-cream Brie, Cordobes and medium Cheddar. Have you discovered your favorite pairing?
