Angelo Cellars Stagecoach Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:

This wine has a round lush feel to the mouth with a plum and mild chocolate sauce. The tannins are dusty and chalky with modest yet balanced acidity.  Nice oak flavor supports the fruit flavors.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is meant for food pairings that match its body and aromatic characteristics. If paired properly, it can produce the meal of a lifetime. With its depth of acid and tannins, it will pair well with fattier meats like beef steaks, beef and pork roasts, venison, lamb and hamburgers. Experiment with mushroom dishes and meals seasoned with herbs and pepper. Hard cheeses are a nice compliment too.
