Tasting Notes:

A nearly opaque, deep garnet in the glass, this Cabernet shows a rich depth of aromas. After a recommended 45-60 minutes of aeration, blackberry and dark cherry intermingle with green pepper and spicy jalapeño notes. Go deeper and you’ll find subtle cedar, dried herbs, and a bakeshop of vanilla extract and brown sugar. Its prominent tannins and acidity soften a bit as the wine evolved in the glass. Medium in body, with spicy, dark fruit that compliments the lingering finish.
