When a small business can make a BIG differencePublished by Carrie Schuster on Sun, 04/12/2015 - 14:18
We are once again proud to partner with Cellar Angels and offer an amazing Single Vineyard Estate Grown Coombsville Cabernet. As a boutique producer in the Napa Valley, we identify with wines, like our family, that are rooted in tradition but made in the spirit of today. Our small vineyard, over that last two decades, has become synonymous with the quality and complexity of wines expected from the notable Coombsville AVA.
Nothing brings us more joy than when we get to share our wine and story in an effort to raise money and awareness for great organizations. Cellar Angels has been an amazing partner in this effort. This is not our first offering with the folks at Cellar Angels, and it is because of the great job they do that we continue to support their efforts.
We are aware you will have many choices when choosing our wine and where to direct your charitable portion of your purchase. We ask at this time that when considering a charity for this particular campaign that you consider Autism Speaks.
Mr. Noah, as he likes to be called, is 8 years old and an amazing young man. We are proud to know Mr. Noah and his family for over 4 generations. We have watched in great joy with his family at the milestones he has crossed. And it is with great love and support of his family and friends who we anticipate the great accomplishments that he has yet to conquer. He loves planes, TRAINS, turtles, penguins, his Nonno and mint chip ice cream! He looks forward to school and LOVES to read, so much so that he is a great speller! Noah has two little brothers, Lucca and Santino, and playing with them definitely makes him smile. Watching him grow into a wonderful person is what makes us smile.
As you know, the challenges and efforts to help children and families with Autism is huge. Supporting the Light It Up Blue Campaign is our way of recognizing the help and support that Autism Speaks provides for families like Mr. Noah's and many others.
The Sciandri label is also all about family. The two blue colors on the label are representative of a family flag that hangs in a small chapel located in our family’s hometown of Quercia, Italy. Quercia in Italian translates to “oak” so we have chosen to use an oak leaf as part of our logo. This, among many other nuances of our brand, all start and end with family. So when the opportunity arose to help Noah's family, and so many others like his, we were sold.
How better to support Light It Up Blue than with a great wine with a wonderfully Sciandri Blue label.
Now matter what charity you chose today, celebrate by raising a glass of Sciandri wine! YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
We thank you in advance for your continued support.
