Forbes Magazine Recognizes Cellar Angels

The Angels have been featured in Forbes – again! 

In a recent interview with Thomas Pellechia, Wine Writer and Contributor to Forbes Magazine, CEO Martin Cody shares a top priority for Cellar Angels: To fill a Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) void and make available high-end small Napa and Sonoma wine producers that are not part of the U.S. distribution system.  What was the key motivator? Frustration. Back in 2015, we spoke with Forbes Food & Drink Contributor Cathy Huyghe, where we discussed the warm and fuzzy side of our business, giving back. In Martin's words, "We wanted to take a beverage we love, combine it with the healthy act of giving, and to borrow a goal from Steve Jobs, dent the universe. We’ve yet to encounter a Cellar Angels’ customer, be it the private equity firm CEO in Manhattan or the oral surgeon in Tampa, who doesn’t enjoy private access to the best wines from Napa and Sonoma delivered directly to their door with proceeds to a charity they select." Read our full interview here.
